Contributing with Git
A short guide to sending changes.
Start with a repository
- Find a repository and read its README and contribution notes.
- Open an issue for a bug or idea, or choose an existing issue.
- Make your changes on a branch and open a pull request.
- Respond to review comments. A repository maintainer decides when to merge.
Documentation and project directory submissions use a separate staff review queue on this site.
Git access
Every signed-in Flipnote World account can use issues and pull requests and create up to ten personal repositories. Developer accounts can create unlimited repositories and organisations. Administrators manage the Git service. Repository owners decide who can change their projects.
